Human Capital Institute isn’t moving to Burque

December 3, 2007

The Human Capital Institute — a moniker with so much (sweatshop) potential — has with great convenience listed the ten most desirable cities to relocate to… and the ten least desirable cities to relocate. Where do you think the Duke City placed?

The top ten least preferred cities for relocation are, in order of least preference (some cities made both lists):

1. New York
2. Detroit
3. Los Angeles
4. New Orleans
5. Las Vegas
6 Albuquerque
7. Chicago
8. Dallas-Fort Worth
9. Omaha
10. Milwaukee

For the record, we didn’t make the ‘other’ list.

Can’t blame ’em (outsiders, that is). With housing prices holding and growing private industry. What a dump.

I tried to make sense out of that page…very little of it holds up to scrutiny.
